Aire in Kilfinane. The owner gives a fab welcome. Lovely guy who’ll go out of his way to make your stay perfect. Drains, water, toilets, bins, ehu, hard standing. Spotless clean. Room for about 50 within a walled compound. About 10-15 mins away from the Ballyhoura cycle trails so a great base camp for a day on the tracks up there. I’ve been a caravanner for 10 years so this is my 1st year with a camper and I was so impressed with this place submitted by Beth on 31/5/18 €20 per night incl: EHU

Ballyhoura Camping is an aire situated in a small quiet village and gated. The area is all tarmac. Upper yard is on a slope with slight a slight view of the countryside. Lower yard is flat with a high wall all around. Toilets but no showers. Grey and black water is accessed by lifting a manhole in the middle of the yard which requires precise positioning for emptying grey water directly and is not anideal setup. Only one water tap for both freshwater water and toilet cassette cleanup. Was charged €30 incl electric.
